Proven track record in heavy civil construction, utilities, roadworks, structural concrete, building construction, water and wastewater treatment plants, reservoirs, and mining/environmental remediation.

 

Expert in estimating and preconstruction planning, with deep experience overseeing projects from concept through commissioning. Demonstrated success in managing multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and field operations on critical and essential infrastructure in both public and private sectors.

Adept at navigating regulatory frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and risk management on high-value, politically sensitive, or logistically complex builds.
